If in Paris, this true gem of a restaurant needs to be visited. I had been aware that it was opening for a while and seen photos of their incredibly colourful healthy dishes. In the beginning I thought it was a vegan, gluten free, green juice health craze restaurant. I was positively surprised that they actually cater for people with all kinds of palates.

We were greeted by Vladimir and Artème, the founders of Craie Paris. Being greeted warmly by them is not only exclusive to us just because we were filming them. Their concept is creating a family atmosphere in their cozy space and everyone receives a warm welcome. This fun duo are hard workers that acquire most of their products on Rue de Nil where people collaborate with each other. It’s a small friendly community of people working in restaurants, bakeries and specialty shops.

Their menu of the day changes often depending on the fresh products they find. All the dishes are below 10 euros. We were lucky to taste three delicious dishes that Vladimir whipped up on the spot while Artème popped a bottle of incredible white wine.
